Empty Bowls Benefit

In collaboration with Blockhouse Studio, we are once again hosting the Empty Bowls Benefit. At the event, all those who purchase a ticket get to choose a bowl handmade by a local potter, and a soup to eat from a local restaurant or community member. Bread and cheese from local establishments will also be provided.

We will be running an auction in conjunction with the Empty Bowl Benefit. Items will include donated art and ceramics from local artists, local products & services and gift certificates to local businesses. The auction will go live online on April 4th at 12pm, with physical items being on display at Zen Barn. Bidding will close on April 14th at 12pm. This year, the fundraiser is benefiting Good Samaritan Haven in Barre, a nonprofit that provides emergency assistance to people experiencing homelessness. The Event will be April 13th, at Zenbarn in Waterbury, with seatings at 4 and 6 P.M. Tickets start at $35, with the option to increase your donation. Last year we raised over $24,000, so come out and help us beat this record!
